Though I’m not a believer in astrology, it’s fun to look stuff up.  Here’s an excerpt from one website that is fairly detailed on what to expect from your Tiger baby.  I chose to pull out the “positive traits”, but the website also shows “negative traits” and more.  For instance, apparently tiger babies are at their best in springtime.  Years of The Tiger: 1902 1914 1926 1938 1950 1962 1974 1986 1998 2010.

Well, it will be interesting to see how predictive this is for our little one.  I picked this video for this post because it shows what I think having a tiger will be like – at least for the first year.

In this posted video, you can see him stretch his back, suck his thumb, and get a close up look at the 4 chambers of his heart – which is happily pumping away at 154 beats per minute.  One of our favourite moments is when the ultrasound captures just the bottoms of his feet!

It sure doesn’t look like he has much room in there, so I hope I hurry up and grow some more space for him soon.  Denis says that at least he’ll be used to smallish quarters already when we move him into the condo.

By the way, at a few points the ultrasound is steady but the uterus seems to shake up and down – that’s me laughing.  The poor boy must get shaken up quite a bit.
